Despite the willingness of most organisations to deploy innovative technologies to their workforce, the majority of digital HR Initiatives are doomed to fail, according to research firm Gartner.
The reason isn’t so much because of the wrong tech being used, as it is about the ineffective means of integration.
The challenges HR leaders commonly face include keeping projects within budgets and timelines; how to communicate with users before the implementation phase; and integrating different HR systems and platforms into a cohesive single system, among other concerns.
However, the best way to avoid the pitfalls of implementation is to learn from those who have been down that path and have successfully navigated their way.
